Welcome to Thingy ("the App"), a game application operated by Shivam (shivam2003sy@gmail.com). By accessing or using Thingy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

→They cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts
→We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset in-game items at any time

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

→Loss of tokens or in-game items due to technical issues
